The shoulder tube pulley consists of 3 parts, handle, elastic and an “anchor” to attach the elastic to.
Used to improve shoulder movement and muscle training.
Available in 3 different colors/ strengths:
- Yellow / Light
- Red / Medium
- Green / Hard
